Comments:
The welder tolerated my completely novice welding skills, so much so that despite using a range of welders while I've been learning, i decided to buy this one. Its a great size and weight and easy for me to move around (as I don't have a designated work space so need to pack it away). The set up was uncomplicated. The torch trigger is light to the touch but not easy to bump. I was doing learning welds all day for 2 days and hardly used any gas. I'm pretty happy so far and think it will be a great welder for my needs

: Very nice MIG. this is my first MIG and no doubt will enjoy it for years to come, so easy to use, my wife does most of my welding, well not yet but i hope to. I'm in Construction so a great tool to have for myself and my crew and my friends backyard projects. Everyone enjoys using the new MIG.

Comments:
I’ve only used it for an hour or so but it seems to be a great welder. Very quiet fan which is a bonus. Produces a smooth weld when welding with Weldclass G11 flux cored wire. Currently welding duragal tubing which is never fun but so far it’s doing a nice job.

Comments: First machine purchased 19 AUG 21 had been used as a display, had cosmetic defects and a missing accessory part. The replacement machine was received 06 SEPT 21 and was in excellent condition. Despite not having welded since high school in the 1980s, I found the machine easy to operate and pleasantly surprised at the results after my first use.
I look forward to developing this new skill. Thank you.

A REVIEW FROM OUR TECHNICAL TEAM:
What are the stand-out features of this machine? Exceptionally easy to use, very straightforward controls.
Who would benefit most from this machine? Operators needing a very portable MIG for use on 10A 240V power, suitable for trade/site/field work.
Any not-so-obvious features we should know about? 250A Euro-fit MIG torch is a great feature. Too often, portable 240V machines are fitted with torches that are too light. Especially important when welding with gasless wire; without the cooling effect of gas, the torch heats up faster and smaller/under-sized torches cannot cope.
Limitations to be aware of? Dedicated synergic MIG controls (adjust single dial according to material thickness & machine will automatically set the correct voltage and wire speed). If you're an old-school operator who likes to be able to set voltage & wire speed independently/manually, consider models such as the Weldforce 210MST instead. Otherwise, the synergic function works very well & greatly simplifies the controls. NOT suitable for TIG welding of aluminium (MIG is fine) - this requires AC/DC TIG capability, such as the Weldforce 202T
Other comments? Arguably the most affordable European-made multi-function MIG welder readily available in Australia, with a 4-year warranty.
