APPLICATION INFO:
> Wear Resistant, High Carbon Martensitic Steel Deposit
> Suitable for a wide range of applications including the surfacing of post hole augers, agricultural points, shares and tynes, grader and cultivator blades, etc
> NOT recommended for: metal-to-metal wear
OPERATING INFO:
> Polarity: DC+ or AC+ (electrode +)
> Typical current range: 3.2mm 90-130A / 4.0mm 140-180A
> Positions: Horizonal / Flat
> Minimum recommended OCV (open circuit voltage): 45V
> To prevent dilution of hardness, avoid high current

Easy start and very controllable flow, good flexibility apron cooling which reduces warping and cracking. low wear rate. I've used on my dozer cutting edge blades and rippers. Very happy to recommend.
