CONTENTS:
- Aluminium MIG wire ER5356 grade 1.0mm 200mm* diameter 1kg
*same size spool as 5kg steel wire - MIG Torch Liner kit: suits all Binzel style torches up to 4m long
- 5 x Contact Tips M6x8 1.0mm Alu: suits all Binzel style torches
- 3 x Drive Rollers to suit various MIG welder brands and models (see details below)
- Wire Brush, Stainless-Steel; use to remove scale etc from aluminium material before welding
COMPATABILITY CHECK:
This kit will suit any MIG welding machine that has the following features:
- Machine takes 200mm / 8" spools (5kg spool size when using steel wire)
- Binzel style MIG welding torch up to 4m long
- Euro torch connection (torch can be unscrewed/removed from machine)
- Drive roller size that matches one of the three sizes listed below - OR if you already have Aluminium U-groove 1.0mm drive roller/s for your machine, then no need to check this
DRIVE ROLLER SIZES:
Kit includes 1 each of following drive rollers*, U-groove 0.9/1.0mm:
OD 30 x ID 22 (keyed centre) x Width 10mm
OD 30 x ID 10 (keyed centre) x Width 10mm
OD 25 x ID 7 (square centre) x Width 7.5mm
*Most smaller MIG machines require 1 drive roller. However, some have ‘4-roll’ wire feed systems that require 2 drive rollers and this may require purchase of additional 2nd roller.
