Downdraft Fixture Point Table ALLCLEAR® FP Series
With up to 2,300m³/hr airflow, a variable-speed 3-phase motor, and cleanable, reusable M-Class (>99%) filter, the FP Series delivers powerful and efficient fume extraction. An internal spark deflector plate further extends filter life whilst protecting against the risk of fire, and large dust collection tray allows for high-volume use. Supplied and compatible with globally known/used fixture-point welding table brands, the ALLCLEAR® FP is a heavy-duty yet mobile solution that moves where you work.
Runs on 3-phase 415V power supply (5-pin plug required).

AT A GLANCE
- Downdraft welding and grinding table with inbuilt filter
- Fixture-point table top, compatible with globally used welding table brands and associated tooling/clamping accessories
- No overhead hoods or hoses that would otherwise restrict access
- For welding, grinding and cutting fumes
- Heavy-duty build for industrial use (600kg/m2 load capacity), yet mobile and easy to move around the workshop
- Up to 2,300m³/hr airflow rate for effective fume extraction
- Operates on 415V 3-phase power (5 pin plug)
- Cleanable, reusable cartridge filter for longer filter life and reduced operating costs
APPLICATIONS
- Cobots and robotics
- TIG Welding
- MIG and Flux-Core Welding
- Stick Welding
- Grinding of steel or stainless-steel1
- Used in education, manufacturing, maintenance, and industrial applications
- WARNING: NOT suitable for extraction of fumes that contain aluminium dust, oil mist, gases, or water vapour2
- NOT generally recommended for plasma or oxy-fuel cutting or gouging3

1 Regular maintenance must be carried out, and all warnings and instructions provided in the user manual and on the unit must be followed for ongoing safe use and prevention of fire hazards. Poor maintenance and disregarding of instructions and warnings may result in fire and other hazards that can cause damage, injury, and death.
2 Aluminium dust, including grinding dust, can be explosive when airborne, and for this reason, fume extractors and downdraft tables should not be used for extraction of aluminium grinding dust (this does not apply to aluminium welding fumes, which can be safely extracted). Oil mist and gases can also cause explosion. Water vapour will damage the filter.
3 Compared to welding and grinding, Plasma and Oxy-Fuel cutting and gouging processes produce large volumes of hot and/or molten metal/dross particles that are projected downwards. This can cause: a) a high rate of wear, including spatter/dross buildup, on the table top that will hinder it's use as a precision work and tooling surface, b) rapid filter clogging and loss of fume extraction performance, c) fire hazard if filter systems become worn or overwhelmed with a large volume of hot particles/dross. Use of ALLCLEAR FP Tables (in their standard configuration) for these applications is generally not recommended by Weldclass, without appropriate modifications for hot material/dross management. Contact Weldclass for more information on solutions for plasma and oxy-fuel cutting.
4 Power plug not included. Requires 415V 5 pin plug, with amperage 10A or higher. To ensure correct rotation/direction of extractor fan/motor, the plug wiring ‘phase rotation’ has to match the wiring at the premises/facility of use (phase rotation wiring of any 3-phase circuit can vary from one facility to another). Plug should be fitted by a qualified electrician on the premises.
