The ALLCLEAR® MT31 is a portable and versatile welding fume extractor, designed for On-Torch and portable use, in light-to-medium industrial applications. Incorporates a large cleanable / reusable filter for extended service life and reduced operating cost, and auto on/off function for syncing with torch trigger. Operates on 230V 10A single-phase power. Available as a stand-alone unit, or as a plug-and-play package with ALLCLEAR® FT36E 4m MIG torch.
For higher volume use and heavy industrial applications, consider the ALLCLEAR® MT84.

While aluminium welding fumes are safe to extract, most on-torch aluminium welding applications involve a high risk of dust presence. Oil mist and gases can also cause explosion. Water vapour will damage the filter.
