Model Identification Guide for Binzel Style MIG Torches

Use this guide to identify a specific model of Binzel style MIG welding gun. Note that this covers the more common Binzel style torches used - Less common models may not be shown.

Binzel 15 Style (150 Amp)

1. Black insulation cover over the neck
2. Has a Spring under the gas nozzle (fits on the tip holder)
3. Has a brass tip holder
4. Contact Tip is 25mm long with M6 (6mm) thread

Binzel 24 Style (250 Amp)

1. Has a gas diffuser (under nozzle) approx. 20mm long, normally white in colour
2. Neck has 4 cooling fins
3. Contact Tip is 25-28mm long with M6 (6mm) thread

Binzel 25 Style (250 Amp)

1. Has a Silver or Gold metal Neck
2. Has a Spring under the nozzle (fits on the neck)
3. Has a Copper tip holder
4. Contact Tip is 25-28mm long with M6 (6mm) thread

Binzel 36 Style (300 Amp)

1. Has gas diffuser (under nozzle) approx. 32mm long, normally white in colour
2. Neck has 5 cooling fins
3. Contact Tip is 28mm long with either M6 (6mm) or M8 (8mm) thread
